1 Allgemeines
Das Einrohrventil Art.-Nr. 118 36 71 ist in Einrohr-
Zentralheizungsanlagen einzusetzen.
Die Heizungsanlagen sind hinsichtlich Temperatur,
Druck, chemischer Zusätze usw. (Ablagerung und Kor-
rosion) nach erprobten, fachgerechten Richtlinien zu
betreiben. In den Anlagen sollen Schmutzfänger einge-
baut werden, damit im Heizungswasser vorhandene
und mitgeführte feste Schmutz teilchen aufgefangen
werden.
Der Anschluss am Ventil erfolgt mit Klemmringverschrau-
bung für Kupfer- und Präzisionsstahlrohr Ø 10, 12, 14,
15, 16 und 18 mm, für Kunststoffrohre von Ø 12 - 21 mm
oder Oventrop Mehrschicht-Verbundrohr „Copipe" Ø 14,
16 und 20 mm.
2 Verwendungsbereich
Einrohr-Zentralheizungsanlagen PN 10 mit Zwangsum-
wälzung. Vorlauftemperatur bis 120 °C, unabhängig von
der Beheizungsart. Der Heizkörper-Durchflussanteil
beträgt 50 bei 2 K P-Abweichung. Kv = 1.5.
Das Einrohrventil wird ohne Regelkopf und ohne
Klemm ringverschraubungen geliefert. Diese sind zu-
sätzlich zu bestellen.
3 Vorteile
Das Oventrop Einrohrventil ermöglicht ein rationelle,
kostensparende Montage und einfache Dimensionie-
rung der Heizungsanlage.
Durch die Absperrmöglichkeit des Vor- und Rücklaufes
zum Heizkörper kann dieser auch bei laufender Hei-
zungsanlage abgenommen werden.
4 Hinweise
Bei dem Einrohrventil hat die Spindel keine Rillen.
Zum Absperren ist die Spindel ganz nach rechts bis
zum Anschlag zu drehen. Zum Öffnen wird die Spindel
so weit zurückgedreht, bis dass sie mit dem Gehäuse
bündig abschließt.

System TKM with isolating facility
1 General information
The one pipe valve item no. 118 36 71 is to be used in
one pipe central heating systems.
The heating systems must be operated according to
standard guidelines and rules with reference to tempe-
rature, pressure, chemical additives etc. (deposits and
corrosion). It is advisable to fit strainers, so that any dirt
particles in the water will be filtered out.
Valves are to be connected with compression fittings for
copper- and precision steel pipes Ø 10, 12, 14, 15, 16
and 18 mm, and compression fittings for plastic pipes
Ø 12 - 21 mm or Oventrop composition pipe "Copipe"
Ø 14, 16 and 20 mm.
2 Application area
One pipe central heating systems PN 10 with circulation
pump. Flow temperature up to 120 °C, irrespective of
type of heat source. The radiator flow share amounts to
50 with 2 K p-deviation. Kv = 1.5.
The one pipe valve is supplied without regulating head
or compression fittings. These must be ordered separa-
tely.
3 Advantages
The Oventrop one pipe valve facilitates a cost saving
installation and a simple sizing of the heating system.
The isolating facility at the valve makes it possible to
remove the radiator under full working conditions of the
system.
4 Notes
The spindle of the pipe valve has no grooves.
For isolating purposes turn spindle clockwise as far as
it will go. To open the valve turn anti clockwise until
spindle is on one level with the casing of the valve.
