Tool and Pset change

● Check that the Input/Output wiring
corresponds to the settings of the
controllers.
For example: when Input "Pset
1" is connected to the COM, the
corresponding tool (A) must also be
connected to the COM.
1. Disabling the current Pset.
2. Enabling the Pset.
3. Disabling the current tool.
4. Enabling the tool.
STARTING-UP
● Connect the power cable to the main supply.
● Check that the keylock is set to "open". If not
change it.
● Check the connection of the input connector.
● Turn on the power switch.
The main menu is displayed.

From the main menu, press this key 3

Use one of these keys to move the
cursor "x".
Select "CONTROL CONFIG" and press
this key to validate.

Reverse counting mode
Whatever the number of operations
Once done in reverse, the batch count
decreases once only.
The batch count decreases each time
Each
the tool runs in reverse.
Buzzer
The sound emitted by the controller is
On
activated.
The sound emitted by the controller is

disabled.
Batch counting mode
The counting of the tightening
INC
operations is increasing from 0 to 99.
The counting of the tightening
DEC
operations is decreasing from 99 to 0.
Batch counting enable
YES The batch counting is enabled.
NO The batch counting is disabled.
Save the programming
Press this key to return to the
"Sub-menu".
The "X" is blinking.
Press this key again for 3 seconds until
the buzzer sounds.
The "X" is steady. The programming is saved.

the wiring of the I/O is correctly done on
the back panel of the controller.
Pset selection
From the main menu, press "Escape" during 3
seconds and select "PSET CONFIG".
You can configure up to 5 tightening cycles
named "Psets".
