Problem

Likely cause
The vacuum pump has been submerged in
water or immersed in running water
No vacuum because of air leak caused by
poor seal against the penis or seal between
tube and pump

or constriction ring too large
Insufficient tension from constriction rings

Remedy
Allow at least 24 hours to dry.
Do not try to force the handle.
Please do not immerse the
