4.2 Calibration of the sensor
This calibration may be done without the syringe. It consists of merely tuning
the electronics of the burette and the VTT
Connect the sensor and power on the VTT
Connect the analog output of the Ergolab SA electronic burette to the VTT
sensor using banana-banana cords of Ø 4 mm.
Position the carriage on 0 (use the scale markings of the carriage and the
lever).
Reset by pressing the mode selector switch of the Ergolab SA electronic
burette for a short duration.
Adjust the display value of the VTT
®
on the VTT sensor.
Move the carriage forward by operating the lever up to 25 ml.
Adjust the display value of the VTT
®
the VTT sensor.
The entire measuring system is calibrated. The syringe may be positioned on
the burette.
Don't forget to reset the volume by pressing the mode selector switch of the
Ergolab SA electronic burette for a short duration before starting every
measurement.
