Assembly of Base Support
1. Attach Push Handle (E) from inside Storage Compartment (C) using four #1
Bolts, eight #4 Flat Washers and four #7 Nuts. For each hole, add one #4
Flat Washer to #1 Bolt, then put bolt through Storage Compartment (C) and
Push Handle (E). Add a second #4 Flat Washer and tighten with a #7 Nut.
2. Insert Cross Bar (J) into the square inserts on the inside of Base Support (I)
and secure from below with two #1 Bolts and two #4 Flat Washers. Insert
the Leg Assembly (K) over the protruding ends of the Base Support (I) and
fasten from the inside of Base Support (I) going outward using four #2 Bolts,
eight #3 Flat Washers, four #5 Locking Washers and four #6 Nut Caps.
3. Assemble Base Support (I) into the bottom of the Storage Compartment
(C) and secure with four #1 Bolts and four #4 Flat Washers.
