Displays
In addition to the basic functions (hours and minutes), the watch has
the following display:
Tourbillon with indication of the seconds (3):
The tourbillon revolves on itself over a minute to compensate for the
effects of gravity on the regulating organ in vertical positions.
Instructions for setting
Winding and time setting:
The winding and time-setting crown (I) can be placed in three
positions: A, B and C.
A: Screwed down against the case.
This is the normal position when the watch is being worn and
ensures the water-resistance.
B: Unscrewed, winding position.
When the watch has stopped, you can wind it by making around 10
clockwise turns of the winding and time-setting crown (I).
NOTE: the power reserve is around 80 hours.
Then screw the winding and time-setting crown (I) back down
against the case in position A to ensure the watch's water-
resistance.
C: Time-setting position.
When unscrewed and pulled out to this position, rotation of the
winding and time-setting crown (I) allows the time to be set.
Then push the winding and time-setting crown (I) back down to
position B and screw it down against the case in position A to ensure
the watch's water-resistance.
14
It is generally preferable to set the time by advancing the hour and
minute hands (1 and 2) in the clockwise direction. However the
hands can be moved backwards provided you end the adjustment
by advancing them.
Water-resistance
The water-resistance of the watch is tested for a pressure of 5 bar.
Recommendation in the event of using a self-winding box
If you wish to use a rotating box to wind your watch, it must be
programmed to 400 revolutions/day, i.e. 200 rotations/day in each
direction
