STEP 1.
Assemble Leg Uprights to Rail Mounts
Items needed: 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 13, 29, 30, 31, 32, 33,
3/16 hex key, 3/32 hex key, 1/2" wrench head
1. Using two screws (#29), two washers (#33),
and two nuts (#32), clamp the casting leg mount
(#3) and the casting leg mount clamp (#4) to the
extrusion leg (#6) with the groove in the extrusion
leg facing the casting leg mount (#3).

STEP 2.
Assemble Gussets and Leg End Caps to Uprights
Items needed: 6, 9, 10, 20, 21, 7/32" hex key
1. Attach long side of gusset (#9) to each leg
assembly with two nut plates (#21) and two screws
(#20) dabbed with thread locker (#27, not shown).
Attach the nut plates to the screws through the
gusset. Then slide the nut plates into the grooves of
the leg. Repeat this for the three other gussets/legs.

2. Attach the assembly leg rail mount (#2, #13) using
two screws (#30), two washers (#33), and two nuts
(#32). Slide the Plastic Cover (#5) over the leg and
clamps making sure the 'Werner' logo is NOT on the
side of the leg with the groove. Secure the plastic
cover using two set screws (#31). Repeat step 1 for
the remaining three legs.

2. Attach a leg end cap (#9) to the top of each leg
assembly with screws (#20).
