5 Commissioning

Once the unit has been installed and correctly connected it is operational. The
LEDs indicate the operation condition (see chap. 2).

When operating using a power source
between 90...250 VAC, an isolator
must be fitted within easy reach of the
unit. Also an overvoltage protection
unit (ie. fuse with a current of ≤ 10 A)
must also be fitted.

Please take the volt drop into considera-
tion when including the communica-
tion resistor in the connection circuit!

The HART programming units for set-
ting up the sensors can now be directly
connected to the communication sok-
kets fitted to the unit's front panel.
There is no need for any further wiring.
