1 Safety instructions
The unit is a power supply for sensors and transmitters. The unit is not to
be installed in explosion hazardous areas!
The manufacturer cannot be held responsible for damage caused by incor-
rect use of the unit. Changes, constructive or otherwise, must not be made
to the unit.
The unit has been designed for use in industrial areas and must only be
used in an installed condition.
The power supply is manufactured using state of the art technology and
complies to the IEC 61010-1 regulations.
Installation, electrical connection and commissioning of the unit must only
be done by trained skilled personnel and only in conjunction with these
operating instructions.
Please make sure that the unit is connected in accordance with the elec-
trical connection diagrams contained in these instructions. If the housing
cover is removed, the handling protection is also removed (danger of elec-
trical shock)!
Due to its construction the power supply cannot be repaired. Please follow
local regulations when disposing of the unit.
An overvoltage protection system (current ≤ 10 A) is required for the
power to the unit.

release an unforseen unit reaction.
