note: Wait until the heater heating element has cooled down (at least 10 minutes)before
moving the heater.
3. connect the heater to a 120V/60Hz wall outlet.
4. Pull on the switch cord to activate the heater. Pull again to close it.
5. Press the button on the remote to put the heater on. Press once for 750 watts of
heat. Press again to turn the heat up or 1500 Watts. The two elements are then acti-
vated. Press a third time to close the heater.
ReMeMBeR, portable electric heaters are designed for spot heating or as a supplementary
heat source. They are not intended to be the main source of heat during cold months.
overheat protection shut–off
If the heater overheat temperature is reached, it will automatically shut off.
The heater can only resume operation when the user resets the unit. Please inspect and
remove any objects on or adjacent to the heater that may cause high temperature.
To reset the heater:
1. Turn the heater off.
2. Unplug the heater.
3. After 5-10 minutes, plug the unit in again and operate normally.
Caution: you must always make sure there is at least 3 ft/50cm between the top of the
heater and any other object.
Avoid the use of an extension cord as much as possible. However, if you must use one, it
should be NO.14 AWg minimum size and rated for no less than 1875 Watts.
