Turning On/Off the TV

After unpacking, allow the TV set to reach the ambient
room temperature before you connect the set to the
mains.
Charging TV's Battery
The TV set is designed to operate on battery power.
You may need to charge your TV's battery before using
it for the first time as it may not have enough charge
to power the TV. Fully charge the battery before using
the TV for the first time. To charge your TV's battery,
plug the power adaptor into the power adaptor port on
the rear side of the TV. The supplied adaptor gives 24
V voltage. The battery will start charging as soon as
the power adaptor is connected to an external power
source. The red LED near the power adaptor port
will illuminate to indicate active charging. When the
battery is fully charged, the LED will turn off. Connect
the adaptor to a system that supplies 100-240V AC,
50/60Hz, if the TV battery is drained.
Turn on the main switch "
position "|". The TV will switch into standby mode and
the standby LED will light up.
Note: Main switch position may differ depending on the model.
Important safety information
Be sure to ground the connection
Connect the ground terminal of the AC
adaptor with the ground terminal provided
at the power outlet using the supplied power
adaptor cord. If the provided plug does not
fit your outlet, consult an electrician for
replacement of the obsolete outlet.

To switch on the TV from standby
If the TV is in standby mode the standby LED lights
up. To switch on the TV from standby mode either:
• Press the Standby button on the remote control.
• Press the centre of the control switch on the TV in.
The TV will then switch on.
To switch the TV into standby
The TV cannot be switched into standby mode via
control switch. Press and hold the Standby button on
the remote control. Power off dialogue will appear on
the screen. Highlight OK and press the OK button. The
TV will switch into standby mode.

Quick Standby Mode
In order to switch the TV into quick standby mode
either;
• Press the Standby button on the remote.
Press again to go back to operating mode.
• Press the centre of the control switch on the TV in
and hold it down for a few seconds.
Press again to go back to operating mode.
TV Control & Operation
The control switch allows you to control the Programme
and Quick Standby-On functions of the TV.
Note: The position of the control switch may differ depending
on the model.

To change channel in Live TV mode: Press the
centre of the control switch in, the information banner
will appear on the screen. Scroll through the stored
channels by pushing the control switch up or down.
To turn the TV off (Quick Standby): Press the centre
of the control switch in and hold it down for a few
seconds, the TV will turn into quick standby mode.
To turn the TV off (Standby): The TV cannot be
switched into standby mode via control switch.
