Avoid drying heavy work clothes with lighter fabrics. Different
fabric types will tend to dry at different times.
For best results, do not drape items over the top rack.
Leave space between items to allow for unrestricted airflow
for even drying.
Do not hang knit items. They may stretch from the weight of
the wet fabric.
Some garments may show hanger lines.
Select the drying cycle that matches the type of load you are
drying.

Cleaning the Drying Cabinet Interior

Clean the walls with mild, soapy solution and a damp cloth.

Vacation and Moving Care

Vacation care
Operate your drying cabinet only when you are at home. If you
will be on vacation or not using your drying cabinet for an
extended period of time, you should:
Unplug drying cabinet or disconnect power.
Moving care
1. Unplug drying cabinet or disconnect power.
2. Use masking tape to secure the drying cabinet door.

TROUBLESHOOTING

First try the solutions suggested here and possibly avoid
the cost of a service call...
Clothes are not drying satisfactorily
Check the following:
Has a house fuse blown, or a house circuit breaker tripped?
Has an air cycle been selected? Select the right cycle for the
types of garments being dried. See "Cycles."
Is the drying cabinet located in a room with temperatures
below 32ºF (0ºC)?
Proper operation of drying cabinet cycles requires
temperatures above 32ºF (0ºC).
Was a cold rinse water used? Was the load very wet?
Expect longer drying times with items rinsed in cold water
and with items that hold moisture (cottons).
Is the clothing loaded properly?
See "Loading."
Is the heat setting too low?
Check for correct heat setting for the type of garments being
dried.
Is the venting too long?
Use heavy metal vent no longer than 3 ft. (91.4 cm).
Drying cabinet will not run
Check the following:
Is the power cord plugged in?
Has a fuse blown, or has the circuit breaker tripped?
Was a regular fuse used? Use a time-delay fuse.
Is the drying cabinet door firmly closed?
Was the START button firmly pressed?
Has the TIME control knob been set?
