SOLUTION
1. Make sure that the Coned

correct position in your brewer.
2. Align and properly position

Warm Heating Plate.
3. Make sure the lid is properly
placed on the Carafe.
5. Do not add more than
the recommended amount
of coffee.
6. It is recommended to use
medium ground coffee.
7. Use either Paper or the
included Permanent Filter at a
time. Do not use both.
Note:
• Do not continue to add more
water to the reservoir during
the brewing cycle.
• Align and nest the filter
(paper or permanent) to the
Cone Shaped Brew Basket
before adding coffee grounds.
