date of the fault to the authorized service station or the seller within the warranty
period, and the delivery date of the good to the authorized service station without
the warranty period. In case the fault is not repaired within 10 business day,
the seller or the importer shall be liable to assign another good having similar
features for the use of the consumer until the repair is finished. In case the good
is broken down within the warranty period, the period in repair shall be added
to warranty period.
In case you choose the rights of cancellation of the contract or discount in the
sales price in proportion to the defect, all paid amount or the discounted amount
in the sales price shall be refunded to you immediately.
All costs generated from the use of optional rights shall be fulfilled by the party
performing such rights of the consumer. You may also request for the compen-
sation in accordance with the provisions of the Turkish Code of Obligations dated
January 11, 2011 and numbered 6098 together with one of these optional rights.
The faults arising from the improper use of the goods against the facts indicated

in guidelines for use are out of the warranty scope.
You may apply to Consumer Board or Consumer Court where your residential
place is located or the where the purchase transaction has been performed for
the disagreements arising from your warranty rights.

This International Limited Guarantee is in addition to other rights and remedies
available to you under UAE law, which cannot be excluded. If your product is
defective, you are entitled to choose between repair, replacement or a refund.
If you suffer loss or damage as a result of the defective product, you may also
be entitled to compensation.
These rights apply subject to proof of purchase. In United Arab Emirates, please

This International Limited Guarantee is in addition to other rights and remedies
available to you under UK law, which cannot be excluded. In addition to your
rights above, your product comes with statutory rights under the UK Consumer
Rights Act 2015 that are not affected by this International Limited Guarantee.

SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMS THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY,
FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE (EVEN IF INFORMED OF SUCH PURPOSE)
AND NON-INFRINGEMENT AND ANY WARRANTIES THAT MAY OTHERWISE ARISE
FROM COURSE OF DEALING, COURSE OF PERFORMANCE, USAGE OR TRADE
PRACTICE.
