With the mounting brackets fully secured, open and place the carrier over the mounting studs. The
studs should now be accessible inside the carrier.
Insert the spacer block over the mounting stud, followed by the hand knob. Tighten fully.
Repeat with the second carrier on remaining cross bar. Use the provided keys to secure the items in
the carrier(s)
