CONNECTION TO HOT AIR DUCTS
The generator of hot air is prepared to work with direct air.
The panel sent air may be replaced with a panel 1 or 4-way,
if you want to break up the fl ow with hot funnels fl exible, in
which case you must disassemble the panel sent the original 8
removing the screws that connect the structure generator and in
its place to mount the panel 2 or 4-way.
The generators can be provided with the following accessories:
• cones outlet 4-way (not obstructed never any exits when using
this accessory)
• collector of heat (keep open at least a large part and a small
when using this accessory).
In this case you must replace the panel sent the original one
of two panels of the upper surface while the other must be
removed, then it sets the "plenum" on the upper left corner
free. These devices, except the "plenum", may be linked to
Section conducted appropriate if specifi c needs of employment
require it; because the value of the air fl ow can vary must carry
out checks and adjustments that must always be carried out
whenever signifi cant changes are made to the distribution of hot
(changes to the length or diameter of the tubes, the number of
curves, etc.). It must:
• verify that the current absorbed by the engine of twenty-bearer
does not exceed the declared value;
• verify that the air fl ow rate is equal to that call.
CONNECTION TO FLUE
Thermal effi ciency and proper functioning are directly related to
correct draft in the the chimney.
• Make sure distance between heater and chimney is as short
as possible, do not create ciosed angles or chimney section
reductions.
• If the heater is not connected to an outside chimney, it must be
equipped with a vertical steel fl ue and a draft regulator.
RUNNING THE HEATER
To start the heater
• Set switch 2 (Fig. 0) on position "O", connect heater to mains
(see model plate for electrical specifi cations).
• If the heater is to be run under manual control, set switch 2
(Fig. 0) on position
time of combustion chamber preheating the main ventilator will
start.
• If the heater is to be run under automatic control, set desired

the burner will start and after a short
value on selected control, set switch 2 (Fig. 0) on position
heater will now start and stop automatically.
• If after these operations the heater does not run properly,
revert to chapter "OBSERVED FAULTS, POSSIBLE CAUS-
ESAND REMEDIES" and fi nd out reason of malfunction.
To stop heater
• In manual mode, set switch 2 (Fig. 0) on position "O" or turn off
control in automatic mode.
• Burner will stop and main ventilator will stop later when com-

MAINTENANCE
For an operation without anomalies of your generator is required
maintenance to be carried out on a regular basis. Disconnect
always the fi rst generator to carry out any maintenance work.
Cleaning of combustlon chamber and exchanger
This operation must take place at least once a year when the
heating season is over. Excessive sooting is mainly due to incor-
rect fl ue, incorrect burner setting or bad quality fuel. Excessive
sooting can be diagnosed if heater has rough starts.Access to
exchanger is made via two access doors (one via air outlet, the
other after removal of the body panel opposite to the burner).
Access to combustion chamber require removal of burner.
Soot and debris can be removed with a vaccum cleaner.
Cleaning of ventilator
Clean ventilator with compressed air after removal of aspiration
grilles.
Cleaning the burner
Please revert to your authorized dealer for this operation which
must be carried out in strict accordance with the burner manu-
