SAFETY INFORMATIONS
Only use the hydraulic lifter on firm, level and horizontal ground.
Make sure the release valve is completely closed before lifting the load.
Only apply the hydraulic lifter at the points recommended by the vehicle manufacturer.
Make sure that no cables, pulls or rods are pinched or bent on the underside of the vehicle by
the lifting bars.
Screw the safety screws into the threaded holes of the base frame as far as possible until both
screws are in firm contact with the floor and the hydraulic lifter can no longer be moved.
When raising or lowering the hydraulic lifter, keep your hands away from the lifting bars and the
mechanics of the hydraulic lifter.
Before repair or inspection work on the raised vehicle, it must be secured with suitable lashing
straps to prevent it from falling over or slipping off. Secure the vehicle with lashing straps
immediately after lifting it.
When the load is raised, secure the hydraulic lifter against unintentional lowering by folding
down the safety bar.
Before each use, check that the lashing straps are intact. Damaged lashing straps must be
replaced immediately and must never be used to secure the load.
The engine must not be started when it is raised.
Once the lifter has reached its maximum height, the pumping process must be stopped
immediately to prevent damage to the mechanics
When lowering, make sure that the hydraulic lifter is lowered slowly, carefully and in a
controlled manner. To do this, always operate the release valve carefully.
After lowering the hydraulic lifter and removing the lashing straps, make sure that the vehicle
does not tip over. Get help from a second person.
Do not move or transport the vehicle while the load is on the hydraulic lifter.
