Possible causes
The adapter is not connected to
the mains / to the monitor (DC IN,
on the right side of the monitor).
The monitor battery does not
have enough charge.
Memory card not found or
defective.
Power supply not connected
Pairing not carried out
Distance too great, interference or
too many obstacles between the
camera and the monitor.
Date and time have not been set.
Date and time erased after the
monitor experiences an extended
loss of power.
Memory card has not been
inserted in the monitor.
Recording deactivated.
Sensitivity set incorrectly.
Memory card has not been
inserted in the monitor.
The alarm is activated in the
monitor.

Solutions
Check that all the power cables
are properly connected.
Connect the mains adapter to the
monitor.
• Check that the card has been
correctly inserted and formatted
• Replace the card
• Check that the memory card is
compatible
Check the connections for the
monitor and the intercom panel
Carry out the pairing for the
intercom panel and the monitor.
Move the intercom panel and/or
bring it closer to the monitor.
Set the time
• Check that the card has been
correctly inserted and formatted
• Replace the card
Set recording to M for the correct
time band
Activate/correct the setting for
motion detection sensitivity
• Check that the card has been
correctly inserted and formatted

Go the main menu, access the
alarm icon using the following
touch keys: This icon must be set
to OFF.
