Problem

Possible cause / solution
Battery empty? Charge up the battery.
Power cable come loose? Check the plug connection
(large barrel connector).
Battery old or defective? Have the battery replaced.
(Contact the customer service department.)
Brake lever depressed / does not snap back? Have
the brakes readjusted. (Contact the customer service
department or a specialist workshop if necessary.)
Accelerator throttle or motor defective? Contact the
customer service department or a specialist workshop if
necessary.
Power cable come loose? Check the plug connection
(large barrel connector).
Motor defective? Contact the customer service
department or a specialist workshop if necessary.

Speedometer display or lights defective? Contact the
customer service department or a specialist workshop if
necessary.
Grinding brake? Have the brakes readjusted. (Contact the

Is it not down to the brake? Contact the customer service
department or a specialist workshop if necessary.
Readjust the brakes. / Oil the brake lever. / Retighten
the Bowden cable on the handlebar. / Change the brake
shoes if necessary. (Contact the customer service
department or a specialist workshop if necessary.)
Steering rod loose? Undo the quick clamping fastener and
adjust the steering rod, close the quick clamping fastener
again. Retighten the locking nut on the quick clamping
fastener if necessary.
Steering rod folded out correctly?
Steering rod twisted? Align and tighten the quick clamping
fastener again.
Parking brake applied? Release the parking brake.
Battery empty? Charge up the battery.
Power cable come loose? Check the plug connection
(large barrel connector).
