Installation Instructions – Galleon LED Floodlight
Adjustable Arm with Tenon Adapter (Figure 3.)
1.
Align pole side arm, the round pole adapter, and the
tenon adapter holes. Align the draft on round pole
adapter plate to match the back of pole side arm.
2.
Remove top cap off the tenon adapter and insert the
nut plate from top side inside the pole.
3.
Slide lock washer and flat washer onto the (2) 1/2-13
bolts and install the bolts from inside the pole side arm
through the round pole adapter plate into the holes of
the tenon adapter.
4.
Tighten (2) 1/2-13 bolts to 40 ft-lbs., while making sure
pole side arm is level to the tenon adapter.
5.
Loosen (3) hex head screws located on fixture side arm
and carefully set aside the cover plate and the screws.
6.
Align pole side arm assembly to the fixture side arm
and route the wires from luminaire through the slot of
pole side arm.

Ensure the luminaire supply leads do not get pinched
between the two arms.

Adjust the angle as needed for aiming.

otee:
Do not tilt the luminaire more than 60 degree above
horizontal.
8.
Slide lock washer and flat washer onto (1) 1/2-13 grade
8 bolt and Install the bolt through the hole of pole side
arm and tighten into the housing side arm. Tighten to
40 ft-lbs.
9.
Route the wires through the wire tie provided in the
pole side arm and through the wire hole of pole side
arm and into the tenon adapter.
10. Once the wires are in the tenon adapter, make splice
connections per next steps while using the cable clamp
provided in nut plate to dress the wires as needed.
11. Connect the supply wires to appropriate luminaire
leads:
Supply side ground wire to green luminaire lead.

Supply side neutral wire to white luminaire lead.
• •
Supply side line voltage wire to black luminaire
• •
lead.
12. Dress the supply wires and Install the assembly onto
the pole tenon and tighten the fitter bolts to 180 in-lbs.
13. Use (5) hex head screws to install cover plate with
gasket onto the pole side arm.
14. Reinstall the cover plate on the housing side arm with
(3) hex head screw.

Failure to install this plate could cause damage to the
arm.
15. Replace tenon adapter cap after completion of luminaire
