Possible Causes
Dialing error
New SIM card inserted
Prepaid charge limit reached
On/Off key pressed long
enough
Battery is not charged
Battery contacts are dirty
Possible Corrective Measures
New network not authorised.
Check for new restrictions.
Contact your service provider or reset limit with
PIN 2.
Press the On/Off key down for at least two
seconds.
Keep charger attached for a longer time Clean
the contacts.
Take out the battery and insert again.
