Contact grill Use instructions
GRILLED CUTTLEFISH
Ingredients:
Cuttlefish (1 per person, medium/small size)
Salt
Oil
Lemon
Parsley
Clean the cuttlefish and put them into a dish. Pre-heat the contact grill.
Lightly salt the internal part of cuttlefish.
Place the fish on the grill and make it cooked for about 1 minute on each side.
Put the cuttlefish into the dish.
Pour oil, salt, parsley and lemon into a bowl and mix all. Pour the sauce on the cuttlefish and
let it stay for at least 15 minutes.
PORK CHOPS WITH OREGANO
Ingredient (for 4 persons) :
8 blanched ripened tomatoes
30 gr of butter
3 oil spoons
2 oregano spoons
4 pork chops
Salt
Pepper
Sugar
Immerse tomatoes into hot water, drain and peel them, slice them in 2 pieces and remove
seeds. Put butter and 1 oil spoon into a pan. Add tomatoes, a little sugar and half of oregano.
Mix all well and cook over medium heat for 20 minutes.
Pre-heat the contact grill. Baste pork chops with oil and put them on the plate. Cook for 6-7
minutes on each side. Before removing, add salt, pepper and oregano.
Serve the pork chops with the sauce previously prepared.
