FIRST OF ALL
The NIKE TL PUMPS are dosing systems controlled by a microprocessor with a display. Representing the jewel in the
crown of dosing systems and combining easy installation with a wide range of features, the NIKE TL PUMPS were
designed for laundry machines.
ð Dosing is timed from 0 to 999 minutes (timer)
- All settings are programmed using the keyboard on the front of the peristaltic pump.

1 INSPECTIONS
1.1 POINTS TO INSPECT BEFORE INSTALLATION:
- Make sure all materials are provided.
- Make sure that the machine is compatible with the device's characteristics (voltage, pressure at injection points – max. 1
bar).

Before starting work, make sure that the package contains the following:

2 OPERATION
TL pump dosing is timed and provides easy user-friendly operation:
The pump is equipped with 2 cables:
Cable 1 is the fixed power cable (100 - 240 or 24 VAC).

Cable 2 receives a signal for enabling the dosing cycle (20-265 VAC).
•
Programming takes place through the keyboard and the display on the pump's front panel.

2.1 ELECTRICAL CONNECTIONS

Power the pump using cable 1, identified by the words POWER SUPPLY. When this cable is powered, the pump is

ON (if the switch is placed in the ON position)
Connect cable 2, identified by the word SIGNAL, to the signal that must start dosing.

Place the switch in the OFF position: The pump goes on standby. The display shows the message:

Proceed with programming using the keyboard, as described in chapter 3.
