montAGe - Assembling the stand
1. P lace the telescopic stand in the base plate (see figure 2A).
2. Using the screw knob (2B), screw the telescopic stand to the base plate from below.
3. Remove the screw from the telescopic stand using a crosshead screwdriver (2C).
4. P lace the fan on the stand by sliding the control unit over the telescopic stand (2D).
5. A ttach the fan to the stand by screwing the screw into the back of the control unit using a crosshead
screwdriver (2E).
montAGe - Assembling the fan
1. Remove the fixing ring (2G) and fixing knob (2I) from the motor housing.
2. F it the rear of the fan housing (2F) onto the motor-housing, making sure that the openings are aligned
precisely with the lugs on the motor housing and that the grip is at the top.
3. Place the fixing ring (2G) back on the shaft and tighten it firmly (clockwise).
4. S lide the fan blades onto the shaft, making sure that the notch is aligned precisely with the key on the
shaft.
5. P lace the fixing knob (2I) back on the shaft and tighten it firmly (anticlockwise), while holding the fan
blades.
6. P lace the housing ring (2K) over the rear fan housing (2F). Then place the front fan housing (2J) in the
ring and tighten the ring firmly by fastening the screw (2L) using a crosshead screwdriver.

operAtion - Ventilate

1. Place the fan on the floor, on a level surface.
2. A djust the stand to the required height, (see
figure 3.) Loosen the height lock (3A) (by
turning it anticlockwise). Adjust the stand to
the required height and tighten the height lock
(by turning it clockwise).
3. T ilt the fan to the required angle. You can set
the fan:
a. t o blow horizontally, angled slightly
downwards or angled slightly upwards
(see figure 4.) Tilt the ventilator housing
and motor housing to the required angle.
b. t o oscillate from left to right (with a sweep
of 90°). This will ventilate much of the
