The assembly of the Ermax undertray involves the original indicators' removal.
Fitting kit
- 4 screws Bhc Ø6x20
- 2 screws Bhc Ø5x15
- 2 threaded rubber inserts Ø5
- 2 resistances RES02
- 1 reflector holder SDC02
Assembly
- Remove the passenger seat.
- Remove the 2 side covers at the level of the saddle (1 screw on each side), and then unscrew the 2 fitting screws of
the driver seat (1 screw on each side). Remove the driver seat.
Right side cover screw
- Disconnect the rear indicators terminals (black and grey terminals located on the right, under the driver saddle), the
taillight and plate lighting terminals (under the passenger seat). Unscrew the 6 fitting holes of the rear fairing, and
then remove the 2 rear half-fairing taking care to not lose the lock seal.
White arrows: location of the 6 rear fairing fitting screws.
Red arrows : location of the terminals and the lock seal.
- Unscrew the 2 fitting screws that secure the taillight being careful not to drop the pad retaining the screws on the
underside of the bike. Remove the screws of the taillight and the pad. Unscrew the 4 fitting holes of the rear
mudguard, and then remove the whole (rear mudguard and taillight). Separate the 2 parts of the rear mudguard so as
to keep only the top and the taillight.
Think to bring blinkers indicotors and flashers.
