- Replace the 2 rear half-fairing and the top of the taillight previously kept at their original location. Fit the 2 rear
half- fairing with the 6 screws previously removed. Do not forget the lock seal.
Indicators and plate lighting wires shall be extended. We advise to get the original cables like their terminals
and cut to required length. Then connect them to the indicators and plate lighting wires.

Taillight
fixation: take 2 screws Bhc 6x30, 2 plastic washers Ø6 and 2 Nylock nuts Ø6. Place a plastic washer on
each screw. Place the plate holder on the bike. Insert the 2 screws Bhc 6x30 in both drilling on the plate holder
provided for the taillight fixation. Use the Nylock nuts to secure the taillight on the plate holder. Do not tighten
strongly.
- Plate holder fixation: take 4 screws Bhc 6x20, 6 plastic washers Ø6, 4 Nylock nuts Ø6 and 2 threaded rubber
inserts Ø5. Place 1 plastic washer on each screws Bhc 6x20, and then insert the 4 screws in the 4 locations of the
original mudguard. Use the Nylock nuts to secure the 4 screws. Insert the 2 threaded rubber inserts on the locations
provided. Screw gradually the 6 screws that secure the plate holder.

SUP09
fixation: take 2 screws Bhc 5x15 and the SUP09. Fit the SUP09 on the plate holder with the 2 screws Bhc
5x15 on the threaded rubber inserts.
- Replace the driver seat (2 screws).
- Replace the 2 side covers (2 screws).
- Replace the passenger seat.
The whole of parts
* Painted and varnished parts are not guaranteed against high pressure steam washes or aggressive cleaning products which can damage them and unstuck the varnish. We advise moreover, according to the technical data of our
painting suppliers, to wait one month to obtain a complete polymerization of varnish.
* Accessories gone up on the motorbike will not be any more considered as new and will be neither retaken nor exchanged.
* Ermax accessories are foreseen for original equipments. They will not be guaranteed if they are used in others conditions.
* Due to vehicles made tolerances, beyond our control, some Ermax products might need adjustings to fit.
* A few tyres, faithful to ETRTO standards, may be in fact bigger and higher than dimensions engraved on the tyre (until + 10 mm). They may be not compatible with undertrays and rear huggers which we made with original tyres
and whose dimensions correspond to these ones engraved on tyre.
* Harden the rear shock absorber while drivings with load or on dented roads.
* The mentioned label of motorbikes's manufacturers are indicated exclusively as a reference to Ermax accessories.
* Care to excessive clampings which may damage or break our plastic accessories and aluminium screws.
