Le thermorégulateur TS-PRO de H2O Innovation permet de déclencher l'ouverture et la fermeture
d'une vanne à passage direct lors de la coulée du sirop. Une fois vos ajustements fait fonction de
votre température d'ébullition (la température d'ébullition du sirop varie fonction de la pression
atmosphérique), vous pourrez installer votre thermorégulateur. Lorsque la température de
consigne sera atteinte, la vanne s'ouvrira automatiquement de 10% à chaque 0.1° et se refermera
progressivement sur baisse de température suivant la même courbe linéaire.

The TS-PRO auto draw-off from H2O Innovation allows the opening and closing of a draw off valve
when syrup temperature reaches 7°F above boiling point of water. Once your adjustments are
made according to your boiling point – the boiling point is related to atmospheric pressure – you
can install your auto draw-off. When the temperature set point is reached, the valve will
automatically open by 10% every 0.1 degree. The valve will close gradually on a drop in
temperature following the same scale.
