*''ERR'' message on blue screen:
Temperature probe is not connected. Connect it.
Cable is cut, replace probe.
*Important probe readings variations:
Clean probe and redo calibration.
*Valve and motor are not working:
Check power supply.
Clean sugar sand.
*Motor is working but not the valve:
Check the assembly, retighten nuts.
Used gear. Replace motor.
*Valve do not open when you press ''MAN''
There is a 2 second delay before valve opening. To keep valve open you need to hold
"MAN" button down
*Syrup at the evaporator outlet does not have the right Brix degree:
Check the boiling point of water, readjust temperature set point.
*Inversed valve control (valve close instead of opening)
Change switch 4 position.
