(F) ESSAI EN SERVICE
But : Le but des essais en service est de régulièrement surveiller et enregistrer le bon
fonctionnement du mitigeur thermostatique. La variation de son fonctionnement peut indiquer le
besoin de maintenance sur le mitigeur et/ou les arrivées en eau et l'installation. Si la température
de l'eau mitigée a changée sensiblement, une intervention de maintenance est nécessaire.
Vérifier et éventuellement remplacer les pièces élastomères tous les 18 mois.
Nettoyer et détartrer la cartouche tous les : • 18 mois pour un TH de 25
Refaire toujours l'étalonnage du mitigeur après un arrêt ou un entretien.
(UK) IN-SERVICE TEST
Purpose : The purpose of in-service tests is to regularly monitor and record the performance of
the thermostatic mixing valve.
Deterioration in performance can indicate the need for service work on the valve and/or the water
supplies.
If the mixed water temperature has changed significantly, the need for service work is indicated.
Check and eventually replace the O-rings every 18 months.
- Brush, clean the cartridge and remove the scale every : • 18 months for 14 °DH
- When refitting the cartridge, check the condition of its seat and, if necessary, clean it ;
Operations subsequent to maintenance or stoppage:
- Redo the calibration.
- If the temperature obtained after calibration is not constant, check that the O-rings and filters are
at the same height.
- If one of the two water lines does not come in, check that the valve-filters have been refitted in
the right direction.
- Check that refilling with water has not caused an abrupt influx of sand and other waste matter.
(D) PRÜFUNG BEI LAUFENDEM BETRIEB
Zweck: Der Zweck der Betriebsprüfungen besteht darin, die ordnungsgemäße Funktion der
thermostatischen Mischbatterie regelmäßig zu überprüfen und zu protokollieren.
Eventuelle Funktionsschwankungen können auf die Notwendigkeit hinweisen, die Mischbatterie
und/oder das zugeführte Wasser und die Rohrinstallation einer Wartung zu unterziehen.
Wenn die Temperatur des Mischwassers spürbar abweicht, muss eine Wartungsmaßnahme
durchgeführt werden.
Teile aus Elastomermaterial müssen alle 18 Monate geprüft und bei Bedarf ausgetauscht werden.
Die Mischbatterie muss in folgenden Intervallen gereinigt und entkalkt werden :
• 18 Monate bei einer Gesamthärte (DH) von 25
• 12 Monate bei einer Gesamthärte (DH) von 32
• 6 Monate bei einer Gesamthärte (DH) von 40
Nach jeder Betriebsunterbrechung oder Wartungsmaßnahme muss die Mischbatterie neu kalibriert
werden.

Doel: Het doel van gebruikstesten is het regelmatig controleren en registeren van de goede
werking van de thermostaatmengkraan.
De variatie van de werking kan aangeven of er onderhoud aan de mengkraan en/of de

Als de temperatuur van het gemengde water duidelijk gewijzigd is, is er onderhoud nodig.
Controleer elke 18 maanden de elastomeer onderdelen en vervang deze eventueel.

(E) ENSAYO EN SERVICIO
Finalidad: La finalidad de los ensayos en servicio es vigilar y registrar con regularidad el buen
funcionamiento del mezclador termostático.
La variación de su funcionamiento puede indicar la necesidad de mantenimiento del mezclador
y/o las llegadas de agua y la instalación.
Si la temperatura del agua mezclada ha cambiado sensiblemente, es necesaria una intervención
de mantenimiento.
Verificar, y eventualmente sustituir, las piezas de elastómero cada 18 meses.
Limpiar y desincrustar el cartucho cada: • 18 meses con una DH de 25
Volver a calibrar siempre el mezclador después de una parada o mantenimiento.
(I) COLLAUDO IN SERVIZIO
Scopo: Lo scopo dei collaudi in servizio è di sorvegliare regolarmente e registrare il buon
funzionamento del miscelatore termostatico.
La variazione del suo funzionamento può indicare la necessità di manutenzione sul miscelatore
e/o sulle immissioni dell'acqua e l'installazione.
Se la temperatura dell'acqua miscelata è cambiata sensibilmente, significa che è necessario un
intervento di manutenzione.
Controllare ed eventualmente sostituire i pezzi in materiale elastomerico ogni 18 mesi.
Pulire e disincrostare la cartuccia ogni: • 18 mesi per un DH 25
Rifare sempre la taratura del miscelatore dopo un arresto o una manutenzione.
(PL) Zalecane przeglądy serwisowe
Celem przeglądów jest kontrola poprawności pracy termostatycznego zaworu mieszającego.
Pogarszanie się parametrów pracy zaworu w czasie wskazuje na potrzebę wykonania prac
serwisowych w odniesieniu do zaworu i/lub innych elementów instalacji. Typowym objawem
wskazujacym na potrzebę wykonania przeglądu jest samoczynna znacząca zmiana temperatury
wody zmieszanej.
-Sprawdzić stan zużycia i ewentualnie wymienić uszczelki typu oring co 18 miesięcy.
-Wyczyścić i usunąć zanieczyszczenia i osady z wkładu termostatycznego co:

- W czasie wymiany wkładów termostatycznych zwrócić uwagę na czystość miejsc przylegania
uszczelek. W razie potrzeby wyczyścić;
Czynności serwisowe po przerwie remontowej lub dłuższym wyłączeniu instalacji z eksploatacji:
- Wykonać powtórnie kalibrację
- W przypadku wahań temperatury na wypływie po kalibracji sprawdzić prawidłowość osadzenia
uszczelek oring i filtrów .
- Sprawdzić czy przy napełnianiu instalacji nie doszło do zanieczyszczenia zaworu piaskiem lub
innymi zanieczyszczeniami.
