Important Safety Instructions
14. Please do not blow the fan directly towards elders, children or patients for a long
period of time.
15. Do not block or tamper by inserting fingers or any other objects in any manner
into the fan while the fan is in operation.
16. This appliance can be used by children aged 8 years and above. Children should
be closely supervised during usage to ensure that they do not play or tamper
with the appliance. Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be made by children
without supervision.
17. Do not let children play parts of the packaging.
18. This appliance is for household use only. Do not use it outdoors or for any
commercial or industrial purpose.
19. For persons with reduced physical, sensory and/or mental capabilities,
supervision is required by another person who is responsible for their safety so
that they are able to use the appliance in a safe way and to better understand
the hazards involved.
20. If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by a certified technician.
21. Please ensure that the fan is completely switched off by unplugging the plug
before removing the grille covers.
22. Do not spray any chemical agents (e.g. insecticides) into the fan so as to prevent
any damages to the plastic material.
23. Do not place and operate the fan in the presence of an open flame, other heating
appliances, explosives and/or flammable fumes.
24. Do not hang or mount the fan on a wall or ceiling.
25. Do not operate if the fan is in any way damaged.
26. Please conduct regular cleaning maintenance of the fan to keep it in good
condition. (Please refer to the Cleaning & Maintenance section for more info.)
IMPORTANT NOTE: FAN OSCILLATING ANGLES CAN ONLY BE CONTROLLED VIA THE
CONTROL PANEL AND REMOTE CONTROL. DO NOT ADJUST MANUALLY AS IT WILL
CAUSE DAMAGE TO THE FAN.
