Warning :
- Shielded wires in metal ducts, casings, metal walls or thick,
dense walls will not be detected.
- Always switch off the power when working near electrical wiring.
- Live wires may be detected as metal objects. Be careful when
hammering in nails, cutting or drilling into walls, ceilings and
floors which may contain wiring or pipes close to the surface.
- The device's detection capacity may vary due to the moisture
content of materials, the texture of walls, paint, the size of the
detected objects, etc.
F/ Changing the battery
If the device functions abnormally
(abnormal sound), please change
the battery.
To change the battery, slide the
battery cover (6) towards the
outside. Replace the battery with
a new one of the same type
(9V 6F22). Close the cover.
The consumer is obliged by law to recycle all used batteries and
accumulators. It is forbidden to throw them in the ordinary bin!
