6 Installation
Before mounting the external grille, make a
suitable, square wall breakthrough in the outer
wall Dimensions [A].
When used in explosive atmospheres, it
is essential that an earthing connection
for potential equalisation is provided by
the customer, otherwise there is a risk of
explosion .
For ventilation of storage rooms (installati-
on position near the ceiling) and ventilation
of storage rooms with explosive atmosphe-
res (installation position near the floor)
see installation instructions on the Internet.
1. Mark the 4 drilling positions of the moun-
ting holes on the external wall, drill and
insert dowels.
2. For use in explosive atmospheres and
if there is no earthing connection/hole
available: Drill a hole (Ø 4.5 mm) in the
mounting frame and connect the earthing
connection with connecting cable (min.
1.5 mm²) according to the figure.
