Using the Dust Extractor (Fig. A, D)
1. Attach the appropriate accessory to the hose

switch

4. To use in Wireless Tool Control™ mode press the three
position swtich to the Wireless Tool Control™ ( ) position.
The trigger of the connected tool, or the button on the
remote will control the dust extractor.
nOTE: Refer to Pairing the Dust Extractor with a Tool
using Wireless Tool Control™ Mode to use the dust
extractor with a Wireless Tool Control™ equipped tool
or remote.
5. When finished, turn the dust extractor off by pressing
the three position switch to the Off (O) position.

Wet Pick Up Applications (Fig. H)
The dust extractor is designed to perform as a wet/dry unit.
Use separate filters for wet and dry pick up applications
to avoid filter clogging.
Water sense probes

dust extractor when the maximum fill level has been
reached. Move the three position switch to the Off (O)
position, remove the battery pack, and empty the tank
before turning the dust extractor back on.
To avoid syphoning, remove the dust extractor hose
from the source after the water sense probes shut down
the dust extractor.
It is recommended that the tank be emptied of any dry
contents prior to being used for wet pick up to facilitate
tank cleaning.

When finished with a wet pick application, remove the
filters and allow them to dry completely. This will avoid
mildew gathering on the filters.
Make sure the dust extractor is completely dry before
switching back to dry pick up applications.
To Empty Tank (Fig. A, F, G)

WARNING: Before emptying the dust extractor,
ALWAYS make sure the three position switch is in the
off position and remove the battery pack.

CAUTION: Remove the dust extractor hose from any
liquid before emptying the dust extractor.

nOTE: During wet pick up applications it is normal for
a small amount of liquid to flow from the dust extractor
hose when the dust extractor is shut off.

unlock position. (Refer to Figure E.) Align notches 
on collar and AirLock® connector as shown for unlock
and lock positions.
b. Push the AirLock® connector onto the adapter
connector point.
c. Rotate the collar to the locked position.
