• Verify the operating system supported by the smart phone.
• Restart the smart phone and check to see if the situation has
been improved.
• The product must be set to the Wi-Fi connection standby
status to register with the application.
• Check the communication system of the wireless LAN access
point in use.

point for details.
• Check to make sure that the Wi-Fi (wireless LAN) function of
the smart phone is enabled.
→ Check the instruction manual of the smart phone for
details.
• Adjust the direction of the base unit or antenna of the wireless
LAN access point, or turn the power off and on, then try
registering the product again.
• Initialize the wireless adaptor of the product and then try
registering the product again.
Check to verify that the power is correctly connected to the
product and that the product is installed at a location within
range of the wireless LAN access point. If the product is
connected correctly, the Wi-Fi indicator on the product turns on
in green.
The user that registered the product can set the registration
using the Product Sharing feature of the application. Check the
Support Page for details.
