Photocatalytic lamp
• The photocatalytic technology that reacts with visible light has been adopted for the activated
carbon contained in the filter.
• A high intensity blue LED is used for the lamp inside the product, which does not present any
impact on human body as is the case with lamps of ultraviolet type, but since the intensity of the
light is strong, the power of the base unit must be turned off and the user must avoid looking
directly at the light when removing the filter, as in when replacing the filter.
Dimmer function
The brightness of the surrounding area is detected by the illumination intensity sensor, which is
located on the control panel. When the surrounding becomes dark, the control panel indicators,
odor & dust monitors, air outlet lamp are automatically dimmed.
Light-off function
Pressing the Light-off button turns off the Odor & Dust monitor and the exhaust
port lamp. Pressing the button again turns them back on.
When the surrounding becomes dark while the Light-off feature is activated, the photocatalytic
lamp inside the base unit also turns off.
