If you come across a problem, please use the checklist of troubleshooting tips before contacting Customer Service. In the event that further assistance is
required, visit your nearest authorized location or call Customer Service at (888) 764-0693.
WARNING:
To reduce the risk of electrical shock or injury from moving parts, unplug the charger from the charge point and remove
the battery before servicing or cleaning the vacuum.
CAUTION!
To reduce the risk of electrical shock, do not handle charger plug or appliance with wet hands.
PROBLEM
The cleaner does not start.
Reduced suction
The charging indicator light fails to turn red
during charging ("red" indicates the status
of charging)
Insufficient application time after charging
ANY OTHER SERVICING SHOULD BE DONE BY AN AUTHORIZED SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

POSSIBLE CAUSE
Flat battery
The dust canister is full of dust
Filter is blocked
The airway is blocked
The cleaner is not fully inserted to the charger
The charger is not connected to main power
Insufficient charging time
Normal discharge reduction in battery
WHAT TO DO
Charge the vacuum cleaner
Empty the dust canister
Clean or replace the filter
Clear the airway
Remove the cleaner from the charger and reinsert the
cleaner to the charger again
Connect the charger to the main power
Fully charge the battery according to the instruction
described in the charging section
Purchase a replacement battery pack
