4.5 Laser pointer
➤ Press the "On/Hold" button to power on the thermometer.
➤ Hold the "On/Hold" button and press the "Laser" button to turn on the laser
pointer (fig. 9).
➤ Press the "Laser" button again to turn off the laser pointer (fig. 0).

4.6 Replacing battery
If the battery power is not sufficient, the display will show a battery symbol to
indicate that a new 9 V battery is required (fig. a).

NOTE
If the battery power is insufficient, the accuracy of measurements
is no longer guaranteed.

Proceed as follows to replace the battery:
➤ If the thermometer is on, wait until it turns off.
➤ Open the battery cover.
➤ Remove the battery from the thermometer.
➤ Replace it with a new battery.
➤ Close the battery cover.
