10. Warranty
The manufacturer guarantees the regulator for two years or in accordance with
statutory warranty rights, from date of delivery, against faulty design, material and
workmanship.
The manufacturer shall not be liable for loss of production, loss of profit or any
other consequential damage or indirect loss. In the event of any fault in the-
goods due to defective design, materials or workmanship, our liability is limited to
