9. CLEAN&BRILL KIT -
For cleaning/polishing of small parts and internal corners which may be hard to reach with the MIG torch (19), it is
possible to buy a special kit (Clean & Brill Kit).
During the use of the small torch (28) the fumes extraction system and automatic pump features are disabled.
When using the "Clean & Brill Kit" it is always necessary to work with an adequate extraction plant in
function.

NSERTS RUSH INSTALLATION
INSERT
1. Unscrew the screw (16) situated on the torch (12) with Allen key of 2,5mm supplied with the machine.
2. Install the insert (17/19) and the plastic tube on the torch (12) and fix the screw (16) with the Allen key of 2,5mm
(Pictures G1 - G2 - G5).
CLINOX ECO BRUSH
1. Install the adapter on the torch and fix it with the screw.
2. Install the brush on the adapter.
3. Turn the brush in order to fix it on the adapter.
4. Install the sleeve on the brush. PAY ATTENTION: The sphere has to work in its seat inside the slot.
5. Move to close the sleeve.
6. Move the sleeve to regulate the lenght of the brush.
Pay attention: the Clinox eco brush (19) is ready to work while it is necessary to install the pad (18) on the graphite
insert (17) before to start the cleaning or polishing operation.
NOTE: HOW USING THE BRUSH IN THE CORRECT WAY
The fibers of the brush have to stick out at maximum 15mm.
Move the sleeve to restore the correct length of the fibers of carbon.
