key is used to select the operating mode of the device among the following choices:

Operation in Permanent "Economy"
Operation in Permanent "Frost- Free"
Operation in automatic "weekly programming mode"
Operation following an «External programming time» from pilot wire or
external thermostat

The comfort setpoint is adjustable by the user, in steps of 0.5°C in the range between 7°C to
30°C. The maximum value depends on the setting performed in configuration mode, 28°C by
default.
