Using the device
• Battery temperature (measured with external or internal battery sensor in °C)
• Charge state (bulk, absorption, float)
• AC input voltage (present mains voltage in V)
• AC input current (limited/unlimited current from mains in A)
• AC input power (consumed power from mains in VA)
• AC input frequency (present mains frequency in Hz)
• AC output voltage (provided voltage on output in V)
• AC output current (total current on output from mains and inverter in A)
• AC output power (total power from mains and inverter in VA)
• AC output frequency (in Hz)
8.4 Navigating the display information
➤ To scroll through the list of display information use the rotary control knob (fig. 2, page 4, 5).
➤ To change the AC input current limitation settings, shortly press the rotary control knob (fig. 2,
page 4, 5).
➤ To enter the setup menu, push the rotary control knob for more than 3 seconds (fig. 2,
page 4, 5).
8.5 Display illumination
➤ To activate the display illumination, shortly press the Backlight / Eco button (fig. 2, page 4, 6).
8.6 Inverter mode
If the inverter charger combination is operated without an external power supply, then the device
works as an inverter. In this mode the maximum specified device performance can be called up.
During the pure inverter mode of the device, two operation modes can be selected.
When switching on the inverter charger combination with the On / Off / Mode button (fig. 2,
page 4, 8), the device is in automatic mode. This is indicated by the blinking of the Power LED
(fig. 2, page 4, 1). In this case, no symbol appears in the upper left corner of the display (fig. 2,
page 4, 2). The inverter charger combination is monitoring the load on the output and will work
continuously if the output loads are bigger than 25W.
The continuous mode is indicated with the infinity symbol in the upper left corner of the display
(fig. 2, page 4, 2).In this mode, the Power LED is illuminated continuously. The inverter will oper-
ate independently of the load. This mode is therefore recommended for small load.
➤ To switch between automatic and continuous mode, press the On / Off / Mode button (fig. 2,
page 4, 8) for more than 3 seconds.
8.7 Combined mode
If the inverter charger combination is operated with external mains supply, then the device is in
combined mode.
