USB Connector
AXIS T8415 is equipped with a USB connector (non-data). This connector can be used for charging
any compatible handheld device (5V, 2.1A).
Note
• AXIS T8415 must be powered on when charging a handheld device.
• Charging a handheld device affects the units battery. When it reaches a critical low
level it will no longer charge the handheld device, See Hardware Overview on page 9
Battery indicator for status of the battery. In order to continue charging replace the
battery with a newly charged one, see Change the Battery on page 15.
AXIS T8415 Web Interface
In AXIS T8415 web interface it is possible to edit network settings and upgrade the firmware.
Access the web interface by typing in the units IP-address in a browser. The IP-address can be
found on the label located on the main unit.
Note
• Actual screenshots may change upon new Firmware releases.
• AXIS T8415 have two IP-addresses. One for connection via WiFi and one for connection
via wired network.
• Name: Name for the unit, can be changed.
