Operation on mains power:
• Make sure that the voltage of the adapter matches the voltage of the power source.
• Connect the mains power cable to the breast pump using the hole provided.
• Then plug the AC adapter into the electrical outlet.
NOTES:
• Check that the mains power plug is suitable for the wall outlet.
• The device was designed for expression sessions of 30 minutes maximum. It automatically stops
after this time period. If you need to re-use the breast pump, it can be used again after 30 minutes.
• Adapters can be supplied with the device according to country.
WARNINGS:
• If the device is clipped to the belt and used on mains power, the power plug may be pulled out of the device and may
damage it. Also, please restrict your movements to avoid any risk of falling. When used on mains power, it is preferable to
place it fl at on a stable support (e.g. table).
• Do not use a power supply other than that supplied in the kit.
2 -
Operation on batteries:
• Remove the screw located at the bottom of the back of the device (on the battery compartment)
and open the cover.
• Insert the batteries according to the diagrams shown in the compartment.
• Close the compartment and re-tighten the screw before switching on the appliance.

• The battery-operated MINIKIT DUO breast pump operates autonomously for 30 minutes (2 to 3
expression sessions).
Special cases:
• It is not necessary to remove the batteries when the unit is operated on mains power.
• Check the condition of the batteries in the compartment regularly.
• Replace the batteries when the performance of the breast pump is reduced.

• Do not use the device if the cover is not in place.
• The battery level is indicated on the display screen of the device.
b. Preparation of accessories
NOTES:
• Use only the accessories supplied in the kit or those manufactured by DTF MEDICAL.
• Before use, check that the MINIKIT DUO components do not show any defects, damage or signs of wear. If this is the case,
replace them.
• All components must be completely dry before use.
Before fi rst use, refer to Chapter 3 for cleaning and disinfection.
1 •
Wash your hands in soapy water before handling breast
pump components.
2 •
Position the collection container directly onto the
transparent "Clean Valve" (the valve must be placed on
a fl at, clean surface).
In order to guarantee hygiene, both parts of the valve
are assembled during cleaning: white membrane and
transparent intermediate ring (see chapter 3).
If necessary, take care to handle the "Clean Valve" by
the rim (taking care not to touch parts that may be in
contact with breast milk). The innovative technology
of the "Clean Valve", exclusive to KITETT®, prevents the
risk of contamination through contact with fi ngers in the
breast shield.
3 •
Screw the KOLOR® breast shield with the valve onto the
collection container.
4 •
Connect the small tube connected to the protective
membrane to the breast shield.
1
2
Connect the intermediate-size tube to the protective
membrane and to the selector.
Place the assembled breast pump on the collection
container stand for optimal stability.
5 •
Then connect the large tube of the selector to the
device.
6 •
When using in single pumping mode, position the
selector switch to the right or the left according to the
breast chosen for expression. When using in double
pumping mode, position the selector switch in the
middle.
Repeat the operation on the second breast shield when
using in double pumping mode.
WARNING: Never use the breast pump in single pumping
mode without connecting the selector.
