❐ Only the accessory parts supplied by the manufacturer should be used. If accessory parts
which are not authorised by the manufacturer are used, all warranty and guarantee claims
are void.
❐ CAUTION Danger of fi re! Do not place any combustible materials (e. g. cardboard, plastic,
paper or candles) on or in the device.
❐ CAUTION Danger of fi re! Do not cover the device during operation with cloths or similar
items in order to prevent the device from overheating.
❐ CAUTION Danger of fi re! Make sure that foodstuffs containing oil and fats are not
overheated so that they do not catch fi re.
❐ CAUTION Danger of fi re! Metal foil packaging or utensils must not be placed in the device
as they may cause fi re or a short-circuit.
❐ Do not place food wrapped in cling fi lm or packed in plastic bags into the device.
❐ Make sure that the food does not come into contact with the covers of the heating elements.
If food does become stuck to the covers, switch off the device and pull the plug out of the
socket. Allow the device to cool down completely before you remove any food that is stuck
on. Never use sharp or pointy objects like knives or forks to do this.
❐ If you do not use the baking tray as drip protection but want to prepare food on it, you
should only ever use the tray together with the rack.
❐ Only ever use the pizza stone together with the rack.
❐ Do not place food containing fat and oil directly onto the rack, but also use the baking tray
so that the bottom heating elements are not contaminated by fat / oil dripping down. We
recommend that the food is placed directly onto the baking tray and that the tray is then
pushed into the device on the rack. However, you can also place the baking tray on the
bottom heating elements to catch any drips falling down.
❐ When you use the rotating spit, always place the baking tray on the bottom heating elements

❐ Never spray cold water onto the glass door of the device during or immediately after use.
The glass might shatter.
❐ Always keep the glass door closed when the device is in use.
❐ Do not place any heavy objects on the open glass door.
❐ Always place the hot baking tray or rack on a heat-resistant surface when you take it out of
the device after use.
❐ Switch the device off and remove the plug from the mains socket
– if you are not using the device,
– if a fault occurs during operation,
– before a thunderstorm,
– before you clean the device and / or put it away.
❐ When you want to remove the plug from the socket, always pull the plug and not the cable.
❐ Never touch the device, cable or plug with wet hands.
❐ The device should only be transported, cleaned and / or stored when it has fully cooled down.
