2. Keep the holes of the right side panel (3) flush with the holes on the right
side of the carriage. Insert a mounting bolt (21) through the merged hole
and secure a cotter pin in each bolt.
3. Repeat step 2 for the left side panel (2), front panel (4), and back panel (5).
4. Place the plastic insert in the base.
