13.3 Operation
Place the scale onto a firm and even surface.
Press on the scale to activate it, the display will show "0".
Put the ingredients in a suitable bowl or container. Place the bowl or container on the scale
and the weight of food will appear on the display. Solid ingredients can be placed directly
onto the scale.
13.3.2 Tara function
Switch to weight mode and put the container on the scale, the display will show the weight
of container.
13.3.4 Overload indicator
When the scale is overloaded, „EEEE" will appear on the display.

Cleaning and maintenance
This chapter provides you with important notices with regard to cleaning and maintaining
the device. Please observe the notices to prevent damages due to cleaning the device
incorrectly and to ensure trouble-free operation.
13.3.1 Weighing
A = OFF/TARE key
B = Display
C = Unit key (g / oz)
After weighing, press the key "OFF/TARE" and
the system returns to time mode. After 60 sec
of non-use, the system automatically switches
back to time mode.
Press the key "OFF/TARE", display
shows zero and clears the weight of
container. Then put the food into the
container, the weight of food will
appear on the display.
13.3.3 Unit exchange
In weight mode, press „Unit"
to select between „g" and „oz".
