Repeat step 20 for 2 more U-frames [M].

Thread the last U-frame [M] through the yellow sleeves in the tent [N]. Then fasten corner Velcro pieces to cor-
ners of U-frame [M].

Slide last U-frame onto bent poles. Flip unit to the closed position.

Note: Frabill recommends the use of the stretcher poles to ensure stability of the shelter and to tighten the tent on the
frame.

Snap long stretcher pole on the #4 U-frame.
short stretcher poles in the middle of the #4 U-frame. Snap the other end onto the #3 U-frame. (Fig. VIII) Snap the other short
stretcher pole in the middle of the #3 U-frame. (Fig. VIII) Snap the other end onto the #2 U-frame. (Fig. VIII) Snap adjustable
stretcher pole in the middle of the #1 U-frame. Snap the other end onto the #2 U-frame. (Fig. VIII) NOTE: adjust the pole to
make tent tight to eliminate any wind noise of a loose tent.
(Caution: In a small amount of incidences, sharp edges on the screws may protrude thru the lip of the base after
assembling the Storm Guard System. Please use caution when loading and unloading unit.)

Take the Storm Guard System Attachment [O] and find the middle.
27.
From the center of the back of the base [A] pull the tent [N] tight so the front U-frame [M] is just touching the ground.
28.
Wrap the excess tent material under the lip on the base [A] and push the Storm Guard System Attachment [O] over the top of
the tent material and onto the lip on the base [A] across the back edge. (See Fig. IX) Before continuing to the sides, insert 5
#8 Phillips head screws [P] across the back evenly spaced starting in the middle. The Philips head screws [P] should go
through the Storm Guard System Attachment [O], tent [N], base [A], and back into the Storm Guard System Attachment [O].

Continue pushing the Storm Guard System Attachment [O] over the tent material onto the lip to either side making sure the tent is tight.
30.
Take the Philips head screws [P] and starting at one end of the Storm Guard System Attachment [O] insert the Philips head screws
[P] at least every 8 inches on each side of the base [A]. (May have extra screws depending on model.)
31.
At the front of the base [A] locate the 2 holes. Thread the yellow rope [Q] into the base [A] through the holes on the outside. Secure each
end with a knot on the inside of the base [A]. (Fig. XI)
32.
From inside the base, attach Velcro windows [V].
33.
Attach Velcro on sides of tent [N] to frame pole assemblies.
Seat Assembly Instructions

Place the seat extrusion adapter [R] over the front edge of the seat platform [S].
35.
Align holes in front and place a 1/4" x 1.75" Bolt [T] through seat extrusion adapter [R] and seat platform [S].
36.
Place nuts [E] on bolts [T] and tighten.
37.
Place the seat extrusion [U] over the seat extrusion adapter [R].
38.
Align holes in front and place a 1/4" x 1.75" Bolt [T] through shelter seat extrusion [U] and shelter seat extrusion
adapter [R].
39.
Place nuts [E] on bolts [T] and tighten.
STOP!
For 6122, follow steps A-H below.
A.
Flip seat frame upside down and place top of swivel on bottom of seat.
B.
Align slots in swivel with the 4 holes in bottom of seat.
C.
Place the 2-1" screws through the slots in the swivel and into the 2 holes in the
seat closest to the front of the seat.
D.
Place the 2 -1
screws through the slots in the swivel and into the other 2 holes

in the seat.
E.
Place 1
" bolt through swivel base of seat, and through shelter seat frame.

F.
Put nut [E] and washer [D] on end of 1
G.
Repeat steps E-F for remaining holes on seat swivel.
H.
Tighten all bolts.

(Fig. VIII) Place the other end into the indent in the base. (Fig. VII) Snap one of the
" bolt and thread by hand.
