Step 3) ROLL-IN 2P and ROLL-IN 2PP only
Screw the upright(s) Å from the
bottom by using M5x40 screws, as
shown.
Step 4)
Place the unit in vertical position.
Step 5) Positioning and securing the ceiling
Insert
the
ceiling
assembly Ç from the
front side, between the
side panels Á as
shown in the photo(*).
Note: When carrying out this operation, bear in mind that the weight of
the ceiling assembly may exceed ... Kg (... pounds).
Use the standard-supplied spanner to
screw the hooks placed on the side
panels Á clockwise, so as to secure
them to the ceiling Ç, as shown.
Step 6) ROLL-IN 2P and ROLL-IN 2PP only
Screw the upright(s) Å to the ceiling
Ç by using M6x20 bolts as shown in
the photo.
Step 7) Fixing door hinges
Remove the hinge's coverings (see
photo) and screw the hinges of the
door(s) Ä to the side panels Á by
using M5x40 screws; after finishing
such operation, replace the hinge
covers.
NOTE: Make sure that the gaskets
adhere to the side panels evenly,
without too much compression.
Step 8) Fixing the instrument panel and the electric switchboard
Screw the instrument panel(s) Æ to
the side panels Á and fasten the
electric switchboard to the ceiling,
being careful to position it properly, so
as to match the hole found on the
instrument panel. (*)
In models ROLL-IN 1PP and 2PP,
secure the two upper crosspieces to
the side panels.
To do so, use M6x14 screws.
Step 9) Closing regulation
Assemble and adjust the closing
pin(s) of the door(s), checking for
proper hooking on the striker(s)
located on the side panels and/or on
the uprights.
Step 10) Securing the air flow guard
Secure the air flow guard to the lower
part of the ceiling. Ç.(*)
Use self-tapping screws, size 4.8x16
Step 11) Anchoring the unit
Fasten the unit to the floor (see photo)
by using all the M6x60 screws and
screw anchors supplied with it.
NOTE: Failure to carry out this
operation can jeopardise both the
safety
and
stability
equipment.
Step 12) Fastening the rack guides
Fasten the rack guides inside the cold
room(s), in the position shown in the
photo, by using self-tapping 4.8x16
screws.
Step 13) Lighting system (available only on glass door units)
Fasten the metal deflectors and the
standard-supplied hooks on the side
panels.
Assemble the fluorescent tube, the
plastic guard and the corresponding
wires and put everything in place by
fixing it to the hooks.
electrical connections according to the
wiring diagram.
NOTE: This operation must be
carried
out
by
personnel
Step 14) Plugging the holes
Plug the holes of the hooks with the
standard-supplied plugs.
