Chapter 5: Maintenance, troubleshooting
Good operation of pump depends on proper condition of sewage, soundness of parts of pump and regular checking of
collecting area of pump. In addition to the regular checking of the sucked liquid, maintenance should also include cleaning
of the hydraulic chamber, impeller of the pump. This operation is allowed to perform only on the device disconnected from
the mains!
The disassembly of the pump may be done only by specialized repair service shop. Following
the repair, pressure test must be done again, which is to be certified in writing!
After 10000 hours' use, but at least every two years the pump must be disassembled and the worn or failed parts replaced.
The spring seal rings must be replaced after 5000 hours' use.
The bearings of the pump must be replaced after 10000 hours' use.
The connector plug must be connected to the mains in a dry place.

POSSIBLE CAUSE
1) No supply voltage; connector
plug is not properly inserted.
2) The protector relay
disconnects the pump.
3) The Impeller has got stuck.
4) Motor or capacitor has got
damaged.
1) The delivery pipe has
clogged.
2) The trapped air blocks the
liquid flow.
1) The pump has partially
clogged.
2) The pipeline has clogged.
3) The impeller has worn out,
got damaged.
1) Liquid temperature is too
high.
2) The motor has failed.
SOLUTION
1) Check whether there is supply voltage
and insert the connector plug properly.
2) Act in accordance with those written in
chapter 3.
3) Remove any possible clogs from the
impeller.
4) Contact the repair service shop.
1) Clean the delivery pipe.
2) Tilt the pump sideward when
submersing in order that the air can
leave from the hydraulics chamber (see
Chapter 3)
1) Clean the hydraulics chamber.
2) Remove the causes of the clogging.
3) Replace the impeller.
1) Thermal protection of the motor is
operating! Do not exceed the permitted
temperature.
2) Contact the repair service shop!
