when welding operation is completed, it shows the most
recent detected current value. (Led S6 "HOLD" on).
4.3. TIG WELDING
Connect the earth cable to the positive pole Q and the power
cable adaptor of the wire feeder/power source to the negative
pole F using the optional connection cable code 530347.
Connect the welding torch to the euro adapter C.
To identify the torch suitable for this kind of welding machines
refer to Par. 7.

6. MAINTENANCE
All maintenance must be carried out by skilled personnel.
6.1. MAINTENANCE POWER SOURCE
If the equipment requires maintenance, make sure that switch L
is positioned on "O" and the power cable is disconnected from
the mains.
Furthermore, from time to time, remove any metal dust inside
the equipment, using a jet of compressed air.
6.2. THINGS TO DO AFTER ANY REPAIR.
After making a repair, be careful to arrange the wiring in such a
way as to ensure safe insulation between the primary side and
the secondary side of the machine.
Do not allow wires to come into contact with moving parts or
those that heat up during operation. Mount the clamps as on the
original equipment to prevent the primary and secondary
welding circuits to come into contact if a conductor accidentally
breaks or becomes disconnected.
Fit the screws back with the notched washers as on the original
equipment.
7. ACCESSORIES
7.1. TIG torch
TIG Torch type ABITIG 26, uncooled, 4 m.
7.2. MIG torch
MIG torch type MB 501D water-cooled, 3 or 4 m.
MIG torch type MIG 500A, water-cooled, 3,5 m.
7.3. MIG torch with double control U/D
MIG torch type MIG 500A, water-cooled, 3,5 m, with double
UP/DOWN.
The left U/D command:
- in synergic programs, adjusts the welding parameters along
the synergic curve,
- in conventional MIG, adjusts the wire speed,
- within saved programs, selects them numerically.
The right U/D command:
- in synergic programs, adjusts the arc length,
- in conventional MIG, adjusts the voltage,
- not active within saved programs.
7.4. Kit for welding with push-pull torches.
Installing this optional board makes it possible to use push-pull
torches with the torch motor at 42V.
